Shipping to the United States
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping services, charges and any applicable taxes before you pay. We do not currently promise a fixed delivery date on this page.
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. When tracking is available, we send it with your shipping update. If a shipment is delayed, contact us with your order number.
Returns within 30 days
Contact kuatx.com@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return of an unopened, sealed bottle. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
For safety, opened supplements are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your bottle arrives melted, damaged or with a broken seal, do not consume it. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within seven days, with your order number and photos of the bottle, packaging and shipping label.
Refunds
We confirm eligibility and any return shipping costs before you send your return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
